Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (Polyester POY)
Polyester Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) is a yarn that is only partially stretched. In certain regions, it is also referred to as Polyester Pre-Oriented Yarn. It's the first form of yarn, produced directly from PTA and MEG or spun from Polyester Chips. Polyester POY is mainly used to make textured yarn. It can also be used to produce ITY.
The advantages of our POY:
1. Unlike the traditional production way, we use the technologically Barmag directly spinning system to produce POY. It is spun directly through a continuous polymerisation process, which ensures a consistent quality、excellent dyeing uniformity, excellent yarn eveness、regularity of U% and easy care in twisting.
2. All critical yarn properties, such as draw force, elongation,tenacity, uster, and shrinkage, are constantly monitored and regulated with computer system, ensuring the highest level of consistency in yarn performance during and after texturizing.
3.Better abrasion and wrinkling resistance、a longer lasting color and lubricity
4.A well-designed package offers good additional processing qualities for downstream operations such as texturing.
