Nextile is constantly trying to reduce  the amount of water and chemicals we use in order to decrease our business's environmental impact. We've developed a new dying technology that uses 80 percent less water and 20 percent less dyestuff. Instead of the traditional piece dyeing process, we incorporate a master batch colorant into the polymer melt during the spinning or extrusion process. Since the addition of master batch colorant at the beginning of the process, the fibers and filaments have been completely impregnated with pigment. In comparison to fibers colored using traditional dyeing ways, the color pigments become part of the fiber, improving color fastness and resulting in less color variation.
