Dope Dyed Color Yarn
Dope dyeing is a technique in which yarn is colored as it is being spun. A masterbatch colorant is added to the polymer melt in spinning or extrusion. As a result, fibers and filaments that are thoroughly impregnated with pigment emerge from the spinnerets in a single phase. Dope dyed yarn is a new type of dyeing technique that is both environmentally friendly and highly efficient in terms of performance.
