Due to the lack of hydrophilic structure between the molecules of recycled polyester yarns, the moisture recovery rate is small, the moisture absorption performance is poor, the oil content difference is large, and the electrical conductivity is poor. Third, improve the workshop relative humidity. The cleaning and linking process is controlled at 67%~70%, the roving process is controlled at 60%~65%, the spinning process is controlled at 60%, and the winding process is controlled at 65%~70%.

Practice has proved that when 8 ~10 bins cotton mixer is used to mix cotton, dyeing transverse defects decrease by 70%, especially when the fiber fineness difference is large, the improvement effect is more obvious. The second is to increase the number of parallel tracks.
