We have adopted a comprehensive set of stringent quality control procedures at all stages of our production processes to ensure product quality. We are also permitted to use the internationally recognized “Oeko-Tex” mark on our polyester filament yarns, indicating a successful testing result for harmful substances. We are devoted to the timely pre-sales and post-sales services to our customers in order to strengthen our customer relationship and to sustain our long-term growth.  We deliver to customers all over the world high quality products that have passed stringent quality inspections.

In NEXTILE, Quality consciousness is not restricted to the department of quality control; rather, it extends to every product and every step of the production process as a whole. Today's competitive environment highlights the necessity of higher level quality. Skilled technical managers and staff members in every department are aware of this, and are all experts who understand the great significance of higher standards of quality. Before entering the production process, raw materials are thoroughly tested. Each stage of the production line has its own set of advanced monitoring systems.

We are well aware that the supply of raw materials has a significant influence on the quality of the finished product. As a result, we have placed a high value on raw material. We require all our  suppliers to submit test reports to ensure that all material we receive from them meet our quality standards. Our in-house test department inspects and test each lot material to ensure their compliance with our standard. In order to properly evaluate our suppliers, our procurement department,quality control department and finance department  perform a comprehensive supplier review, which includes assessment of the supplier's material quality, supply stability, and safety as well as environmental protection. If a supplier fails to achieve our desired performance standard, we will stop purchasing from such supplier.

We can define quality control as; A system for ensuring the maintenance of proper standards in manufactured goods, especially by periodic random inspection of the product. All the products we delivered have passed the random inspection of the Quality Management System.

All of our polyester filament yarns are then inspected by our quality control personnel, packed into boxes and then stored in our warehouse.
